A joint position of Administration and Support Officer

Wigan Borough Community Partnership & Healthwatch Wigan and Leigh Admin & Support Officer – Permanent

Full time joint position (both sites) Hours – 37 hours per week, Salary – £18,795 – £19,945

To provide support across the two partner organisations. This is for those with experience of general office duties, working on reception interacting with customers face to face, by telephone and through e-mail. It is for those who are comfortable using the Microsoft suite of applications. Duties will include maintaing office supplies and data systems and to act as an ambassador promoting activities and attending events, maintaining the website and promotional material. It’s busy busy, but rewarding.

Digital Marketing – Wigan Borough Community Partnership Apprenticeship (18 Month Full Time) WBCP Site, Salary – Living Wage

The apprenticeship will involve 4 days per week at work, plus up to 1 day per week training and study time. You will complete a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Social Media & Digital Marketing. This is for those with flair for design, creating written content and are interested in working across a variety of social media platforms. The role requires the use of Google Analytics and so helping voluntary and community organisations to maximise their digital reach and impact. You will be part of the office team in a customer-focused environment. This opportunity will set you up for that next step in your career.
